give priority to five (5) ports:
secure socket layers (SSL,
banking, SSH, secure sites, VPN,
etc.), web browsing (including
IM/Chat, Internet fax, VoIP,
streaming radio), emailing, and telnet. All other services
are placed on a lower priority
at high-traffic times. These
other services include, but are
not limited to, large file and
video downloads, streaming TV,
live video conferencing, and
other related Internet
activities requiring a
consistent or dedicated
bandwidth. File downloads of
larger than 200 MB will
automatically be moved to a
slower download queue so as to
not adversely affect service to
other customers on the network
(see
Fair Usage Policy).
If you have large files to
download, we ask that you please
start the download process at
night.
 Under no circumstance
is file sharing allowed.
 IMPORTANT:
Since we do not know the history or condition of your computer(s),
we cannot be responsible for ensuring Internet access from all
your computer(s). We will make an effort to connect all computers
connected directly to the router or connecting to the router via a
wireless network connection. Should you need computer repairs or
virus/spyware removal, please contact a computer technician.

impedance or obstructions (e.g. trees, new
buildings, etc.), radio-frequency (RF)
interference, or natural or man-made
obstacles. Should you require that your
receiver be moved to a new location at a
later date, there will be a $125 charge to
uninstall and re-install the equipment at
the new location.

Download/Upload rate allows usage to exceed
a specified threshold for brief periods of
time (usually 3-5 seconds) without penalty
under normal conditions. Examples include
web surfing, checking email, etc.
